In June 2026, Free Life Counseling Services will conduct comprehensive psychosocial diagnostic evaluations. This service will require that the patient’s Primary Care Physicial (PCP), Psychiatrist, or Mental Health Nurse Practitioner sign off on the report from Free Life Counseling Services.

Please Note:

This diagnostic evaluation is not a neuropsychological evaluation, which New York State requires for Social Security Income/Disability Income.
