Dr. Charlotte Lewis
Ph.D, LMHC-D, BSP
Owner / Director
Dr. Charlotte is a graduate of University of the Cumberlands (2022), earning a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has had a long-standing passion for helping others, with experience working with others in the care management, advocate and home care capacities before moving into mental health counseling. Dr. Charlotte graduated from Capella University with her Ph.D in Counseling Education and Supervision. Dr. Charlotte’s counseling passions include trauma treatments, including Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Brainspotting. Dr. Charlotte is the owner and operator at Free Life Mental Health Counseling Services and is passionate about creating positive changes in therapy treatment for others. She is passionate about helping other mental health professionals grow and learn and she is passionate about teaching from experience.
Joseph Mellea
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student Intern
Joseph Mellea is a Mental Health Counseling intern at Long Island University. He works with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and life challenges, focusing on building self awareness, emotional balance, and healthy coping strategies. With a background in education and coaching, Joseph creates a collaborative and supportive environment where clients can explore their goals and move toward meaningful change.

Ember Disotell
Graphic Artist / Web Designer, Office Assistant
Ember is currently working towards obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Art and Design through Penn Foster College. She aspires to start a career as a tattoo artist as well as making a name for herself in the graphic art community.
Jeffrey Lewis
BA, Graphic Artist / Web Designer, Financial Director
Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in 3D Art and Design from Platt College Huntington Beach before serving in the United States Army from 2009-2024. He served one 12-month combat deployment to Afghanistan. He decided to return to his roots in the Graphic Design world and enjoys the opportunity to be creative.
Alannagh Ciliberti
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student Intern
Alannagh is a Mental Health Counseling intern pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at CUNY Queens College. She works with teens and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, and challenges within their personal lives and relationships, helping them build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthy coping strategies. Her approach is collaborative, empathetic and person-centered, drawing from integrative approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs. With a background in counseling and crisis intervention, Alannagh creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals while developing the tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Courtney Clarke
Courtney Clarke earned her Master of Science in Counseling from Mercy College and is currently completing advanced graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at SUNY Brockport. Her professional background includes school counseling, family and community-based services, and work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex life circumstances. Courtney uses a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach, incorporating cognitive-behavioral strategies based on each client’s individual needs and goals. Her clinical interests include trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, stress and burnout, life transitions, self-esteem, crisis intervention, and working with youth, young adults, military service members, and their families.
